Year 1 had messy fun today making their Easter cards. They mixed paint into shaving foam, then dipped paper into it. This created a fabulous marble effect for the cards. We think they look amazing.
Next week we will be doing a variety of Easter activities. We will be visiting church on Wednesday, as well as a privilege treat for those children who have been awarded privilege.
In maths we will be continuing to add a single digit number to bridge ten. The children have been finding this tricky and we have been using cubes and number lines for support.
This video gives a good explanation of bridging.
Keep practicing your number bonds too!
